The main goal of the workshop is to foster interactions and to promote mutual knowledge among the participants. Therefore, the formal program of the workshop will consist of slots (20 minutes per researcher) where the researcher will spend ten minutes providing a highlight from their research program, and the other ten minutes will be dedicated to questions/discussion about topics related to their research program. This discussion will be encouraged and moderated by a session chair. The workshop will also feature significant time for social interactions and activities to encourage engagement between the participants.

Invited speakers will be asked to send the following information:

    • Presentation Title
    • Authors
    • Presenter
    • Abstract
    • Brief Biography of Presenter

WCSAI25 will not publish proceedings or record talks. The goal is to encourage live, in-person, interaction between the participants.
